  • Not as Described: Products significantly different from their website description.

  • Non-Delivery: As per our , if items are not delivered within the specified timeframe (5 business days in Hong Kong, 30 business days internationally).

Note: Returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., change of mind) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, see below.
 

2. Refund Request Deadline

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • For non-delivered orders, contact us after the estimated delivery period has passed.
     

3. Refund Process

    • Description of the issue

    • Supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damage or screenshots)

  • Step 2: Return the item (if applicable) to the address we provide.

  • Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 7-14 business days.
     

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or digital payment account).

  • If the original method is unavailable, we’ll work with you to find an alternative solution.
     

5. Shipping Costs

  • Quality-Related Returns: For returns due to damage, incorrect items, or misrepresentation, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Non-Quality Returns: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
     

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or returned without original packaging (unless damaged during shipping).

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period.

  • Custom Products: Any items customized to your specifications (e.g., personalized designs or bespoke products) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a quality issue (e.g., damage or error).
